Step 1: You need to make sure your chemistry is suitable for swimming. Check the four key levels… Chlorine/bromine, Ph, Alkaline, and Cyanuric Acid.
Step 2: Balance the chemistry to make sure your water is sanitary and clear.
Step 3: Give your equipment pad some well deserved attention. Check for any visible leaks, strange sounds, and full pump baskets. Make sure you pump motors are clear of debris and can stay cool.
Step 4: Whip that filter into shape. Make sure your filter pressure is not higher than 10 PSI since the last cleaning / backwash. If it is give it a good backwash / cleaning.
Step 5: Get out the elbow grease. Hit all of your pool surfaces with a brush or vacuum. Then get the net and remove the foliage. Empty the skimmer baskets and your done.
Add any water back in that much have been splashed out… Then give your water another chemistry test. Add accordingly. And Remember if you have any question you can always call the Poolrefs.
